After many years as a veterinarian technician and zoo keeper, Kim Garrison started Best Friends Pet Grooming in November, 2003. The idea was to spend the day surrounded by man's best friend. Providing grooming, gentle care, a fun environment, neat toys, treats and supplies for dogs seemed like the way to go.

| Don't miss 11th Hour Rescue's Howl-o-ween Parade!
On Saturday, October 15th, Eleventh Hour Rescue is hosting the Boonton Howl-O-Ween Canine Costume Parade & Contest. The festivities start with registration at 11am at the Upper Plane Street Parking Lot in Boonton. The cost is $5 per entry and includes a doggie goodie bag! All proceeds will benefit Eleventh Hour Rescue. There will be fun activities for dogs, kids, and adults throughout the registration period. Our parade begins at 12pm and leads us to the ending location of Santa Land (located at North & Main Streets).
The canine costume contest starts at 12:45pm and awards will be awarded for a variety of categories, including Most Creative, Cutest, Funniest, Best Homemade Costume, and more.
Bring your whole family for a fun day out including pet adoptions, games, food, paw painting, kids activities, and Halloween-themed pet photos. The event lasts from 11am-4pm.
